Yes that processor is supported by that motherboard s9once bios version F10 - (https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B550M-DS3H-rev-1x/support#support-cpu)

bios F10 came out in Sept 2020 so unless you get a board that's been sitting in a warehouse for the past 8 months it should already be able to run that processor
(https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B550M-DS3H-rev-1x/support#support-dl-bios)

the drivers for that board are here: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B550M-DS3H-rev-1x/support#support-dl-driver-audio
You'll want the chispet, lan, & Audio. Additionally you'll want to get the GPU drivers from Nvidia.

I like to create my Win10 install flash drive from Microsoft using the media Creation Tool...

I like to create my Win10 install flash drive from Microsoft using the media Creation Tool (https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows10) and then copy those driver to it so i can easily install them. Chipset, GPU, Lan, then Audio

Don't forget you will need new Ram. Your old DDR3 ram will not fit or work on this motherboard. You need DDR4 at 32000Mhz of faster. Get a 2 stick kit in whatever size you need. 16Gb is common for a gaming rig.
Corsair Ram
Kingston Ram
Crucial Ram
