I would definitely want to see a positive review of that hec power supply before buying it. With power supplies it is usually better to know that you are getting a good, high quality unit than potentially risking it with one from a brand who aren't known for selling high quality PSUs.

This is about the same price as the Antec Neo Eco, but comes with a 10% off promo code but is more efficient, is more closely related to the original S12II Bronze design and comes with a power cord:
