Question Need advices to alleviate cpu bottleneck

Hello, My very old I5-750 bottleneck my gtx 970. When I play forza horizon 4 my cpu utilization is 80%-100% and my gpu is only 65%. I would like to upgrade my system to remove the bottleneck. What would be a good cpu for this?

I would need a cpu + motherboard or cpu + motherboard + ram. It all depends on whether I stay in ddr3 or if I upgrade to ddr4. Preferably used + or - from 2015 or new.

An old dual core will indeed have a lot of issues keeping up with a with a GTX970 in modern games.
