I want best bang for buck gaming here is my condition
1) I don't have any PC I use my laptop for multimedia work ( movies,you tube etc )
2) I already got a 1080p Tv
3) I am a casual gamer so don't play every game just some games first I see game play on YouTube & then decide buy it or not. Maximum 1game for 1 month.
4) I don't play online

So what should be bang for buck PC or console.

Yep all are available on both console & PC
No my laptop can handle all multimedia work that need me mostly fb & movies

Never owned a console in my life, but I can easily slide PS4 off my tongue. X-boner 1 had a lot of fails on launch and are really tight about game sharing. I would also go with PS4, because Sony bought out On-live which was way ahead of its time. (Super good cloud gaming for those with a good internet and any device.)

Good option for your setup. To save money on games, make sure to look for used PS4 games as console games are more expensive then PC games. Also that cloud gaming will really up the performance of the PS4. If a chromebook can play maxed settings with cloud gaming (look up youtube on that) imagine 1080p 60fps solid on the PS4.

Also depending on how smart your tv is, check to see if there is a gaming setting on it to reduce video lag.
