Anyone have any recommendations? I'd like to keep the price down if possible I've heard they can get a little pricey for PC's.

Not sure how good it is but this is from the same people as VLC and VLC has always been great. And it's open source so it's free. Worth trying before you buy something.
I use Cyberlink PowerDVD 14 Pro. It does the job well, for me. The price was a bit high for my taste, but, worth it. There might be cheaper solutions, but, I never was satisfied.

I tried VLC but I couldn't get it to play modern blu ray movies even after I added the newest keys.
