[SOLVED] Need cheap low power Graphics card.

I'm building my friend a PC, and the power supply I have is a Corsair CX430 430w power supply. Is there any low powered graphics cards I can get for under $40 (used) that would be equal to or better than an HD 6950 2gb? I need at least 2gb of vram, but other than that, I just need it to be at least equal... or maybe slightly worse... than an HD 6950. Thanks!

try to find a gt1030 or a gtx 750 ti second hand, both are around equal or better than that one but both are power efficient and can be found second hand very cheap, not s cheap as 40 dollars but cheap, also both will not need a 6 pin power cable from the psu so that psu is more than enough

being a decent psu, alot of gpus using only one 6 pin power cables should work very well in there

rx 560 is better than both gpus i mentioned, but it uses a 6 pin power adapter, should work but it will use more power
