That chart shows that even a older generation card like the 6970 gets more than 60 fps, two 7970 crossfire gets 179 fps, it's clearly overkill.
So my recommendation is to get a 670 gtx, since you had a 680 gtx in there, the 670 gtx performs about the same as a 680 gtx, the value is on the 670 gtx, and for that game it will deliver more than 60 fps, and in most games it will maxout at those frame rates.
A single 670 gtx or 7970 is more than enough for that...that is if your resolution is 1080p: http://images.anandtech.com/graphs/graph5805/46173.png

I know it's not the game in question, but it should even be more fps on that game you mentioned.
Get the hyper 212 evo for a cooler.
Also you just need 8GB for gaming.
That mobo ain't bad, it has plenty of features, if you feel the urge of downgrading the mobo get the asus z77 LK.

Oh okay the chart is awesome! Newbie question here though, whats the difference between the radeon 7970 and the 7970 cf, meaning the cross fire I see. So its the dual, the one i am wanting correct? I guess the 8gb would be fine, I can always increase later in life haha... but the build looks solid?
