Need GPU upgrade advice

Hello Guys, Recently I'm feeling that my system unable to running games at decent frame rate. I'm unable to play AC origins, Odyssey, Shadow of Tomb Raider at decent fps(they're running but with lags) So I'm looking for an upgrade for my gpu
My current system is
Intel i5 2400
12 gb ddr3 ram (8gb Corsair +4gb Gskill)
Ati 7770 ghz edition 2gb vram
500w psu Antec

How about nvidia 1050ti, ati Rx 570, or 1060mini ?
My budget 18000-20000 INR (approx 280$)

What resolution monitor? 1080p 60Hz?

Something like an RX570 8GB (for $150 here in US) or RX580 8GB (many for ~$200) or a GTX 1060 6GB for $200 would be great upgrade choices.

What model is your motherboard?

Yes, Monitor is 1080p 90hz & support hdr.
Motherboard is cheap one from gigabyte ga b75m

1060 is 27000₹ in india which is roughly 400$ but there are a mini version of 1060 with 3gb vram at 20000₹ (280$ approx). But I'm unaware about its performance.

The GTX1060 3GB will be about equal to the RX570. The thing I don't care for is the <4GB on the GTX1060. That can/could prove limiting.
