Need Graphics Card! Plz Help

Hi everyone,
I just finished my first build (well not quite hence the thread) and all I need now is a decent card. I am looking for a card that is versatile for FPS, RPG, RTS it can vary by the day. I dont have one specific game type I play constantly. Check my signature for build stats. I have an integrated gpu (Radeon HD 4290) that is hybrid capable. My budget is no more than $250. I'd prefer to stay under $200 if the performance differences wouldnt be noticable with an extra $50. Everyone's input will be greatly appreciated!

But you forgot 1 thing, what is your PSU? brand? model?
If you only has unknown 300W PSu then any higher card are impossible...

Lol you're exactly right! I have a Rosewill 1000w Modular that is XFire ready.

Agreed, comes close to a GTX 470 in performance, but consumes as much power as a stock 460GTX.
