Hi i am looking to upgrade my gpu i have my eyes on a zotac gtx 1050 ti mini and i have a Foxconn H61MXE-V motherboard and would like to know if it fits

Looking at the specs of the board it should fit no problem, do check if your CPU would be a bottleneck for the card as Sandy bridge is a fairly old platform now.

1x PCI Express 2.0 x16 slots.(Ivy bridge support 1x PCIe 3.0 x16 )
1x PCI Express x1 slot.

Should go into the PCIex16 slot. Motherboard is not the issue here.
You need to check whether it fits the case, and whether the PSU is enough to support it.
