Need help about my PC build components

It will work. However you have a cpu that cannot overclock and a motherboard designed for overclocking, you should be able to find a H110 or H170 board for less. Also why a micro ATX motherboard and not a full size one?

With the 1070 hitting the shops in the next few weeks it's worth waiting to see if you can pick up a 970 on a good deal

I hav picked that mobo because I hav heard that I can overclock non-k skylake CPU by BCLK on Z170 BOARDS so I choosen that board and gtx 970 and 1070 are out of my budget

For an ssd would i look at this one,

it's about the same price with very nice performance.Don't know if it's available for you looking at your name.

Getting a "Z"board has it's advantages, getting faster ram, from what i read some games might benefit from, and using max turbo on all cores instead of just two.For the last is a better cooler recommended as well.

And non-k over clocking why not recommended? Actually k series over clocking breaks warranty and also non -k over clocking breaks warranty so not
Much difference and non-k overclocking is not officially supported so is that good to go? Or shall I go with k series? If non-k is not recommended, please give a reason for me It will be helpful and does my system is good for gaming for next 3-4 years? And if needed I can buy another gtx 960 for sli if required after 1-2 years
