How many fans I can power with my motherboard: m5a78l-m/usb3
https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A78LMUSB3/
+
And how to check if your fan is broken or not ? I got one plugged into my motherboard, but it doesn't even spin.
(Got my HDD a bit melted on the outside) + have reinstalled windows few times in the last year, because of this problem.
+
Any suggestions which fans are the best to their price ?
[The not working fan is: glacialtech silentblade gt1225ebdl-1 ]
http://www.mwave.com.au/product/glacialtech-silentblade-gt1225ebdl1-black-case-fan-120x120x25mm-entering-bearin-aa15655

Got 2 spots where fans can be placed.(1 of them is the ?broken? fan.)
Is there other ways to power fans to cool hdd or other components?

Under specifications in the link you posted it says 1 CPU fan and 1 chasis fan, so the CPU fan and 1 case fan.

You have a much more serious problem if your hard drive is melted on the outside.
Either your drive itself is defective your have BIG heat problems in your PC that a couple fans is likely not going to fix.

As far as what fans we cant help you with that without knowing what case you are using (which could be a big factor in your heat problems).
Different cases have completely different options for number of fans, layout, and sizes of fans.

Also, you can get a 3pin adapter to power additional fans from a 4pin molex connector on your power supply

Well, then can anyone give suggestions for cases that fits m5a78l-m/usb3 motherboard or larger?+For that case fans? Soon I'm going to buy Seagate ST1000DM003 Barracuda 3.5" 1TB SATA3 7200RPM 64MB.

Your motherboard is a mATX form factor so 95% of all cases on the market will support this board.

You did not list budget, country, or any other requirements.
Here is some good $40 - 50 USD options
Rosewill Challenger
Corsair 200r
Corsair SPEC
NZXT Source 210

As stated, if your hard drive is melting you likely have more severe problems.
Is your computer getting airflow or is it in a desk?
What is the temperature in the room?
Is your CPU also getting overheated?

``wd3200aaks-75sba0 ``

this hdd is well knowed for fast failing after somes months of use

but for melting like that ..?? you really have a OVERHEAT SOMEWHERE....

which psu you have?
you realy need a pc case who can have more room and have the possibility to add atleast 3 fans
get a new hdd 1To 7200rpm as soon as possible

your mobo is about to fail too i guess
