I need help creating a gaming computer this will be my first pc to ever make and i don't know much i want to get the best performance for my money i want to be able to run most games on the highest settings at 1080p.
and with good OC capabilities
if possible with this tower: NZXT H440 Designed by Razer™ ATX Mid Tower (but if you can find a better one that has great cooling power! and is the same price or less i wont mind if you change it.

the i7 i wanted is out of stock tho so no luck there :( so try making it with the best I5 u can find
unless u can make the i7 fit in somehow not a requirement since i heard its overkill for gaming anyways the i5k series should be more than enough.
 
Max@1080P can be achieved at $1000. And that case is overpriced, Fractal Design make some of the best cases of the net.

i like your build but not saying its bad is this really what people say as "the most bang for your buck" type of build xD

You have all build be great systems! but its so hard to decide xD which of this 3 build so far gives me the best performance for my money xD i for example i dont want to waist a lot of money in a item that will prob increase performance by 5% and it costs way more i want everything to be significant
