Need help checking compatibility.

So i'm going to build a budget PC with new parts and some old parts from my old PC.
I need help to make sure everything's compatible.
I want at least 2 fans.
Make sure the PSU can handle the GPU and the 2 HDD.
Specs:
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX760 OC WF 2X 2GB - requires 2x6 pin connectors and 400W PSU
CPU-From old PC: Intel core i3 2120 3,3GHz-Socket 1155 LGA
Motherboard: MSI B75MA-P45, Socket-1155
HDD 1-from old PC would like to keep this one as secondary drive: Seagate ST3100052AS 1 TB 7200RPM
HDD 2: Seagate Barracuda® 1TB 7200RPM
PSU: Corsair CX 500W
Case: Corsair Carbide SPEC-03 Midi Tower
Ram-From old PC: 1 2Gb DDR3 1333MHz
1 4Gb DDR3 1333MHz
Cd drive from old PC.
So will everything work together? PSu and GPu and fans etc?
