I'm not sure what makes a motherboard decent or not. I was recommended this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293

It looks pretty solid; but, I saw another motherboard for a cheaper price.

As far as I can tell, they both support my i5-3570K, my 8gb 1600 ram, and have overclocking capabilities. Is there any reason why I should bank on the more expensive one?

CPU: i5 3570K
RAM: 8gb Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 1600 DDR3
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 660
Case: Undecided
HDD: 2TB WD Black 7200 rpm
PSU:Corsair TX Series 650W

P.S. I'm planning to plug in a wireless adapter card. Does this matter?

Solution
Get the Z77 is better if you're planning to OC the video card and or SLI/CrossFire. It also has a 8+4 power phase vs the 4+1.
The Z75 will let you OC the CPU, but it has two less 6GB SATA connectors, two less USB 3.0 ports, can't do dual GPUs effectively, and has lower quality capacitors (theoretically). Only you can decide which board has the connections and capabilities you think you'll need over the life of the board.
