Hello,

I am having a hard time deciding which am5 motherboard I should go with. Till now I have only looked at b650 serie boards but I find it hard to differentiate them and know why one is better than the other. I've watched some hardware unboxed videos but they haven't helped me decide as I myself cant directly compare the mentioned motherboards and some (1) are left out.

I'd like recommendations for both mAtx and Atx as I am still deciding my case as well. I am located in The Netherlands.
My CPU will be the r5 7600 but I want to be able to upgrade to the 7 9800x3d in the future without needing a new mobo.

MOBO needs
- Atleast 6 USB A / 3.0 ports total
- Wifi (not sure if 6E is worth it over 6, I will be using ethernet most of the time)
- Black
- Atleast two 2280 m.2 slots, a 3rd slot regardless of type would be preferable but I think that is not offered on mAtx boards.
- Pci gen doesnt matter
- Good compatibility with the r7 9800x3d

budget: €150-200, If its really necessary to go over I will since I do not want to cheap out on my mobo.

On this timestamp does he mean this comment only for the ones highlighted in blue in the table or also the ones in gray? I dont really understand the coloring as at first I thought its the one he is reviewing but he is reviewing the asus tuf b650m-plus but has the -e highlighted in blue, that might just be an editing mistake though.

I have the B650 Tomahawk Wifi ATX from MSI

It has
4x USB 3.2 Gen 1
3x USB 3.2 Gen 2
3x Gen 4 Nvme M.2 slots (backwards compatible with gen 3 etc)
Wifi
Black/dark grey in colour
Fully compatible with all Ryzen 7000 series CPUs.

It's available for £160 on scan.co.uk and other UK websites but not sure of what websites you'd use in the NLDs.
