I only have $100.00 dollars to choose a psu for my 1st computer build.

List

Intel core i5-4670k

EVGA GeForce GTX 760 FTW 4gb 256 bit graphics card

ASUS Z87-Plus LGA 1150

Corsair Vengeance 16GB ram (black)

Corsair hydro series H100i cpu water cooler

kingston 120gb SSD

WD black 1TB HDD

Azza Solano 1000 Full PC case (includes 2 230mm, 2 140mm, and 1 120mm fans)

Okay now that thats out of the way these are the 2 choices i have

1. Coolmax ZU-900B (900 watts)
what i like is that its 900w and modular

Forget coolmax. It is a tier 5 unit(not recommended, replace asap ) on this list:
http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx
It shows up on this lemon list:

A GTX760 needs only a decent 500w psu.
On the rest of your build:

1. 4gb of ram is not needed, do not pay extra for it.
Read this: http://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/articles/Video-Card-Performance-2GB-vs-4GB-Memory-154/
2. Z78 is a sandy bridge chipset. You want a Z87 based motherboard. I think your are ok, just got the name wrong.
3. I do not much like all in one liquid coolers when a good air cooler can do the job.
A liquid cooler will be expensive, noisy, less reliable, and will not cool any better

A liquid cooler will be expensive, noisy, less reliable, and will not cool any better
in a well ventilated case.
And... I have read too many tales of woe when a liquid cooler leaks.
google "H100 leak"
4. I will not build today without at least a 120gb ssd for the os and some games.
