Question Need help choseing gaming laptop

I was just looking to get a cheap gaming laptop. I see a few on curries both have good customer reviews.
I don’t really know what I’m looking at, is the second one worth the extra £150?

If you would not be able to add in your own SSD and install Windows on that, then it may be worth the extra for the SSD.

I would go with the DELL G3 because:

• an SDD (Solid State Drive) will perform far better than a conventional hard drive that is in the HP Pavilion you linked
• the Dell has 4GB's of video memory on its GTX 1050, rather than 2GB's with the HP Pavilion's GTX 1050

PS - The Dell G3 has gone down to £699.00 ! 🆒
