Hey folks!
I'm looking to create a virtual lan over the interwebs so I can play some games with my friends over LAN even though we're in different cities. I think a VLAN is what I'm looking for but networking is really not my forte so some help would be great. I have absolutely no idea where to begin so I'm gonna need some pretty specific step-by-step directions on how to get this all setup. I presume I'll need to setup a host of some sort on my end thenmy friends all have clients that access my host but once again I'm totally oblivious so a guide or a point in the right direction would be awesome.
