Location: City, State/Region, Country - The Netherlands
Parts Preferences: by brand or type: i do not care about brand, as long as the quality is what's neccesary to create this well performing build is up to par.

SLI or Crossfire: Yes

Additional Comments: (e.g.: Need to have a window and lots of bling, I would like a quiet PC. Please also list specific software or games you're using) Im going for the newest games, VR technology and 4k gaming. i also will make use of video editing software. I would like a pc that's not too loud but completely silent is not neccesary if that means it will lose performance. I do like bling on the computer so i'd prefer led and a side panel window, which i am already looking for. I like small tech luxury stuff.
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Because i've always dreamed about creating a beast pc that's overkill to the max just for the sake of it, of course i prefer to get the best performance for the best deal as i do not burn through money if i could for example buy a version that basically will do the same but 2% less which does not matter in the slightest.
I've already compiled two builds as an example of what im aiming for but i'd love feedback as i am not as knowledgable about hardware as i used to be
