Hello,
I am having a PC issue with auto-restart. The PC boots up to the windows loading screen, after that it restarts it self and entering the startup repair. The startup repair fails so it boots to the windows after another restart again, same issue occurs. After leaving it for like 15-20min the auto-restart gets even more progressive so it doesnt even reach the windows loading screen. I had this problem like 2 months ago but after visiting a local PC repair shop I've been noted that it was an outdated BIOS version, so they have installed the latest BIOS update and it worked fine for a while till yesterday.
I am pretty sure it's a hardware problem since I am using the PC only for a certain programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD and I visiting a small number of pages daily like youtube, dribbble and stuff like that.
The PC is nearly 1.5 years old and the build is:
mbb: MSI B350 Gaming Plus
cpu: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
memory: 2x Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB DDR4 2400MHz
gpu: MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Gaming x 4G GDDR5
first hdd: 250GB M.2 Samsung NVMe 970 EVO
second hdd: 1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue
power: PSU 580W Deepcool DE580 Black
At first I thought it might be a failure to one of the DIMM's yet I had them pulled up and tried with each one of them only plugged in, switched their slots and everything and it seems they're working just fine.
I took a shot of the MBB debug led's, one of the leds lights up when the auto-restart on the windows loading screen is performed. Perhaps I can detect it via that? Attaching the photos below:
