[Need Help[ Drivers Install

Hello guys,

Recently i bought my new computer from a shop and i gave me a support CD with drivers in it. I been having problems with AMD Driver has stopped responding and i think it's because I did not install the correct drivers.
I really don't know which drivers I'm supposed to download that I've got on this CD so i was wondering if you guys can help me out.
here are some of my PC Specs:

And this is what the CD has for me:

"Chipset" Map consists from these maps:
- ATI Cataclyst Technology > ATI Cataclyst 10.5 and ATI Cataclyst 10.9
- IntelR > Intel Chipset Device Software and Intel Management Engine
- NVIDIA nForce Driver > NFref_1549_w7vs and NFref_1549_w7vs64

Which one should i Install? It's kinda confusing because I have ATI Graphics Card but they gave me NVIDIA driver aswell on the CD, so i rly dont know what to install.

My desktop is a MEDION Akoya P5215 D

Since you have a AMD (ATI) GPU then those are the drivers you need for your GPU. You can get the newest drivers here http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx

fill the blanks with the right option which are:
1 desktop graphics
2Radeon hd series
3Radeon hd 6xxx series
4Windows 7 64 bit
Press the display results button and the download the first one.
