[SOLVED] Need help figuring out if this CPU cooler fits this build/PC wattage question

Making my first PC and I've come up on some new questions after having some new information brought to my attention

Question 1:

I previously had the Coolermaster ML360R As the liquid cooler for the build, but after many warnings and even advice saying that the noctua coolers not only are cheaper, but quieter and better cooling, I'm heavily considering returning the Coolermaster ML360R before opening and installing it, and replacing it with a Noctua DH- 15 Chromex black. I've heard that the noctua is very large and has clearance issues with some builds. Will it fit this ram/mobo/gpu/case setup?

Question 2: I saw a few liquid coolers that posted even better temps over time that surpassed even the ML360R and Noctua Dh-15. What would the superior cooler for competitive gaming be : (air)Noctua DH-15, (liquid)NZXT KRAKEN X62, or (liquid)EVGA CLC 360? and would that fit this case/build?

Question 3: I've alloted 750 watts power supply to make up for externals/monitor power draw. However I currently am pushing the limits of my buildings power supply and had to share several breakers just to get everything running in one room. I am concerned going from 500w to 750w power supply may pull so much power that the build itself won't even start in my apartment building. What is the minimum power supply I could get away with with this build? Assuming 3 normal 1080p monitors and a gaming keyboard/mouse peripherals are installed.

Anything close to a ballpark answer is appreciated, the more precise the better but I'm just really trying to get an idea of what the best solutions to these issues are. I am not a super experienced electrician or pc builder and am wracking my brain trying to make sure I do enough research while building this pc so I don't end up dead in the water.

Your case is an outstanding one and is perfect for air cooling.
Yes, the NH-D15 is a large cooler. That is one reason why it is so effective and quiet.
The noctua site will have details on the dimensions of the cooler.
.
One issue will be the tall heat spreaders of your ram. which is 42mm.
That will require you to run in single fan mode.
That is not bad at all, but a bit of a waste of the included second fan.
One solution is to use low profile ram like g.skil aegis or corsair lpx.
Or, the Noctua NH-D15s is a high compatibility version of the NH-D15,
But, the NH-D15s does not yet come in chromax black.
Since the beige fan is sandwiched between the towers, you will...

If you really want a 360mm cooler would that only work in the front of the case you chose, means those large rgb fans have to go. Think this 240 will fit in the top and is still a very good choice if you can get it,
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/c4...-ii-240-563-cfm-liquid-cpu-cooler-acfre00046a
there is a 360mm variant of it as well. Google it and read some reviews.

The case has this clearance for a tower cooler "CLEARANCE - CPU COOLER167mm/6.5" , the Noctua cooler is "Height (with fan) 165 mm" so should just fit. Might depend on ram height, if youhave very tall ram which might need you to push the fans a little higher on the cpu cooler could you get into problems.

The amount of wattage on a psu says only what it can deliver and at max should be drawn (you really shouldn't go that high) , not what the pc really in practice draws which should be less and in your case will be significantly less.
The monitor btw doesn't draw power from the psu, it has it's own power source that draws from the wall.
Also don't know what all of this will do to the breaker circuit in your house with three monitors and the pc in that one room.

They also will have a motherboard compatibility list to check.

q2)
Your parts are not unusually hot and do not require exceptional cooling.
The NH-D15 or NH-D15s coolers will cool about the same as a 240 aio cooler.
the 360 aio coolers can do better if that is all you want to do.
But a aio radiator mount is a catch 22 conundrum.
If you mount the radiator to draw in fresh air, the cpu will be cooled well.
But the heated air will be used to cool the motherboard and graphics card.
OTOH, if you mount the radiator to exhaust heated air(which I think is better) you will not cool the cpu as well.
While unlikely, on occasion, a liquid cooler will leak; you do not want that.

q3)
A psu will only use the power demanded of it, regardless of the max capability.
Gold or platinum rated power supplies are more efficient and will use less power,
The wattage you need is primarily determined by your graphics card.
Here is a handy chart:
http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm
Your RTX2070 super would need 600s from the table.
A 750w psu would be about right.
I might suggest this 750w seasonic focus gold with a 10 year warranty:

Wow thank you for such a detailed answer. I am open to replacing the ram as it is unopened and still in 30 return day window.
How would I search PCpartpicker.com for low profile ram, do you have a suggestion for good low profile 2x16gb ddr4 3200-3600mhz ram?
I'd prefer to try and find low profile ram to trying to adjust the fans.

The g.skil aegis ram is 31.2mm high.
Go to the g.skil ram selection app, enter your motherboard and you will get a selection of compatible kits.

Here is one kit I found:

Corsair vengeance LPX is also 31mm high.
https://www.corsair.com/us/en/memoryfinder

ryzen can be picky about ram so it pays to be careful.
Another option is the ram QVL list for your motherboard.

A friend looked into this for me and recommended me this ram

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WLCWQV5/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=AWD7GDDT7Q2ZT&psc=1

I double checked and its 32mm so it should fit.

Are there any conflicts with the system you see or should this work?

The motherboard ram QVL list is a list of kits that have been tested with your motherboard and found to be compatible.
That does not mean that a kit not on the list won't work, just that it has not been tested.
After the motherboard is introduced, the QVL list may not be updated.
Considering the vast number of supported kits, I think MSI does update the list frequently.
Ryzen is tightly tied to ram.
I see many posts for ryzen with ram issues. Sometimes it is simply a bios update fix.
If your friend has actually used the suggested ram on the same motherboard, then it is likely ok.
To be safe, I would stick to a kit that is on the QVL list or which shows up on the ram vendor supported app for your motherboard.
Then, If you should have an issue, you know where to get help.

I may be overly cautious on this.
