Question Need help for finding a good cooler for i7 9700K

I have recently decided to purchase an I7-9700k and cannot decide between which cooler to purchase for it. I am looking for something reasonably priced with decent cooling potential. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Case - NZXT H500

I would highly prefer an air cooled CPU cooler, I'm not a personal fan of liquid cooling as i haven't had much experience with it.

Idk, they're both pretty similar. That's why I shared them both. You will have to look up professional reviews of them both and compare yourself.

Max cooler height clearance for the H500 is listed as 165mm. Also consider height of ram heatsinks. The scythe Mugen 5 Rev. B listed above is a good cooler. Here's a couple more good choices.
