Need help for pc tempatures!

Hello guys ! Lately I bought GTA V and when I play my CPU temperatures go up to 80-90. I have a stock Intel CPU cooler. What fans and stuff can I add to make my pc run cooler ?Fans demensios 2X230mm (1 side panel and 1 on top) 2X140mm (front panel) and 1X120mm (backpanel).
Also sometimes my pc monitor goes black for 1 or 2 seconds for no reason.What's wrong?

My built is : CPU : Intel Core i7 2600 @ 3.40GHz
Ram : 8 GB
Motherboard : asus p8z68-V gen3
Graphics : Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 ti Wind-force
Storage : 55GB Kingston SSD and 465GB Seagate
Case : Super Flower SF-1000

Buy a new cooler. The stock Intel coolers are absolute garbage and not meant to be used for any sort of high loads. You can get good air coolers that will reduce your temps by a lot. I suggest something like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo which is around $30.

Thank you ! Also my brother told me that he'll buy me a birthday present and I thought that maybe I should give my mum my GPU and buy a new one xD So what GPU would you suggest me if I buy one ? I would love to play games mid-high graphics around 60 FPS.
