Made a new build, only thing I kept was my old titan black, and my hard drives.
I have a GIGABYTE x470 Ultra Gaming Motherboard, and switched from an intel to AMD CPU processor, if it matters. It turns on fine, the fan and lights on the titan start up, but the mobo keeps getting stuck on the VGA light. My titan works in my other PC, and my 750 works in my new build. I tried a couple different things, like redownloading windows, and updating my NVIDIA drivers, to no avail. Any ideas would be appreciated.
