I have a good connection with my wifi its a consistent 3-4 bars but when I play either WoW or D3 I get really vicious lag spikes. Sometimes I can play with a latency between 60-200 for 2-3 hours and other times I can't even raid because its 5000-12000. I used the Battle.net looking glass to get these results.

Pc is running win 8.1
RAM:8GB
CPU: i5-2500 oc'ed to 3.8Ghz
GPU: Msi gtx 660 Ti
Mobo: Asrock Z75 Pro3
Wifi: N600 wifi adapter

Unfortunately I don't have the option to run a cable. If you need anymore information let me know please and thank you for any help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ran it again though the 2nd report had this under the ping data above the traceroute data

One last thing when I try to run WoW the screen turns black and then a darker shade of black and instead of running the program minimizes by itself and brings me back to my desktop but D3, Heroes of the Storm, etc.. work. Do you know what could cause that? I tried rolling back my driver from 359.0 to the previous one and then the one in October. 358.50. Same results.

No options will help you now, the most you can do is get a hard wire, connected directly to the router, or if you have internet plugs in the house, use those. The other people in that apartment are most likely streaming, and torrent illegal programs and such ect.. these programs consume massive amounts of bandwidth, so no matter what your going to lag. You can buy a router, ask him to connect it to the internet/modem aswell as the other, then just use that network, make it secured and your own. thats if he is willing to. or you can ask him to add you to the priority in the Router/modem menu, this will give you bandwidth when needed over others, like when you are gaming.
