Need help having huge lag spikes WoW, D3. Traceroute and MRT files included please help.

I have a good connection with my wifi its a consistent 3-4 bars but when I play either WoW or D3 I get really vicious lag spikes. Sometimes I can play with a latency between 60-200 for 2-3 hours and other times I can't even raid because its 5000-12000. I used the Battle.net looking glass to get these results.

Pc is running win 8.1
RAM:8GB
CPU: i5-2500 oc'ed to 3.8Ghz
GPU: Msi gtx 660 Ti
Mobo: Asrock Z75 Pro3
Wifi: N600 wifi adapter

Unfortunately I don't have the option to run a cable. If you need anymore information let me know please and thank you for any help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ran it again though the 2nd report had this under the ping data above the traceroute data

Please download speccy, top left corner, file then publish and post the url or pm it to me. What is your wirless driver and your modem/router?
Are you hard wired or wirless?

What wirless adapter are you using aswell.

Please run cmd prompt as admin and
Type ping 127.0.0.1 -n 20
Or if the top command didn't work
Type ping 127.0.0.1
Post the results please

Now type ipconfig
Look for your default gateway it will be listed as something like 192.168.1.1
Type ping 192.168.x.x (the x being your values for the default gateway)
Post a picture of the results please

You can very easily snap photos with a drag box using gyazo, a quick and easy download, this will automatically once you drag the box over an image take a picture and bring you to a url, using the pictures url you can post links to it or the photos themselves

My wireless adapter is WNDA3100v3 a netgear n600 and the driver version is 5.1.20.0 and the modem/router is a community one and can't check exactly what it is.

It's a connection issue with your router, try resetting your router and modem. Modem first, leave off for 30 seconds then reconnect it, then once modems fully booted, turn on router and reconnect it.

To explain the 127.0.0.1 is the loop back address, this tests your adapter, now you know that's not an issue the default gateway was a ping to the router/modem, the fact that you lost a packet is not good and means there is a configuration issue.
Routers and modems have small reset buttons hidden on them, I would reccomened this if the above steps do not work

Also switch the wires connecting your router and modem together with a different ether net cable.

And you can reset the router via webpage. Find your routers ip, what you pinged before, and type it into the internet search it will bring you to the page. Or open networking then click on the router/modem once loaded on the page, right click, view device webpage

I stopped it there because I figured that wasn't going to change even though I was connected that whole time to the internet still...?

Are you on campus internet or do you have physical access to your router and modem. It would help if I knew your router and configuration settings for ipv4 in your adapter settings. Your adapter is having a hard time connecting to thay router, packets going everywhere.

Please let me know if you get access to the router homepage and settings

Its in the office at my apartment. Its downstairs and about 40 ft away. I typed the default gateway into my IE url and it came back with "This page can't be displayed"

Yeah netgear Wnda3100v3

My adapter settings are

Ipv4 connectivity: Internet Access
Ipv6 connectivity: No Internet Access
Media State: Enabled
SSID: Riverpark_apts
Duration: ~17:50
Speed: I saw it go between 5, 13, and 55 Mbps
Signal quality:3/5 bars

Sent: 1.6mill~/Received 5.4mill~

You have to click see full map on the connection, make sure its a home connection or work, not public. give it some time and you will see where its connecting. it seems the router is probably having to split a ton of connections and bandwidth, so what we are going to do is,
go to network and sharing center, click manage network adapters, click on your network adapter and go to properties, now you can mess with your adapter settings, I have the same one so this should be easy. Change the channel your on, and are you able to use 5g? change transmit power to 5 highest, change roaming aggressiveness to 5 highest, turn off power saving features, mixd mode to CTS-SELF, and fat channel intolerant to disabled.

Type Ipconfig, copy the DEfault gateway and post it into your search bar
if it does not load, its most likely secured, you would have to talk to the owner of the apartments to ask him to reset it or just to see what router it is.

Also change your wireless channel to 11, while only on the 20mhz

I went to network and sharing center on the left I went to >change adapter settings> right clicked my wifi>properties>configuration>advanced tab.
The options I have are as follows

Channel mode: 2.4g+5g
EDCCA-Disabled
Multimedia/Gaming environment: Enabled
Prefer 5g:Enabled
Radio On/Off: Enabled
Selective suspend: disabled
Selective suspend idle timeout in seconds:5

I wasn't able to get into the router should I just keep trying even though internet explorer says "This page can't be displayed"?

See if you can get internet using just 5g. switch it to 5g and see if you still have interwebs. if so leave it on 5g. that router sounds like it really needs to be reset.

and if the router is discoverable, just go to start, then click computer, then on the left scroll down and click network, wait till it fully loads and it should be there, right click view device webpage. if it is not there contact the owner and ask him to a reset.

I tried switching it to 5g only and lost internet. I found the right network menu and theres
2 Computers: Mine and Gateway
Media Devices: [TV]UN40EH5300 and Xbox_SystemsOS
4 Other devices: 3 have the same name as TV and the other is another XboxSystemsOS
