Need help!!! I dont know what the hell with the graphic

Dont use phone,you cant see he difference
I cant discribe it so I take a video.This problem happened after I changed a new monitor Acer G206HQL.I changed it becuz my old monitor isnt 1080p and the old one is 75Hz now I changed it to 60Hz.I am using DVI now and before is VGA.
My gpu:gt 1030
Monitor:acer g206hql(60Hz)
cpu:i3-2120
If u need more information just comment below.I cant play this game normally so plz help me><
