Need help identifying monitor and finding power supply!

I recently purchased a monitor from the thrift store and realized it didn't come with a power supply, I tried contacting the company and asked if they could point me in the right direction but had no luck, the monitor has a label ET1725L-8SWA-1 and I have tried finding a compatible power supply but couldn't
