Lets make it simple, pick the best cooler we advice you to and then you can buy a whole lot of flashy blue xmas lights and attach them to the cooler.

A-freaking-men. If you want advice on the best cooler for your buck, personal taste and aesthetics aside, then the Arctic is the best pick (and IMO it looks quite nice too). If you want the flash, then at least compromise for some performance. The blue orb isn't a bad pick in that regard. No, it's not the best performance, but it is quite a bit more flashy.

The issue with getting something that looks like "teh ub3r k3wlz0rz!"* is that they are generally made out of crappy, low-cost, low-quality plastics and sacrifice performance or indeed purpose for the sake of appealing to what we shall collectively call the newbie market. Best suggestion so far is to simply get the Arctic and load up on cathodes and crap. You can disguise anything you think is ugly in a cobalt glow.
