Need help on i7 build

Hi,
I'm building a new PC,I like to know if the below mention components are good for graphic designing,video editing and gaming. It would be very helpful if I could know if the below components are compatible with each other or if there's a better option.

Intel® Core™ i7-4790 Processor
Gigabyte H97-HD3 (What about the "Asus – H97M-E" )
RipjawsX DDR3 – 1600 – 8GB RAM
Toshiba 2TB Hard drive

I already own
GTX 650 2GB (Planing on upgrading this to a "Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 Ti" or a "Nvidia GeForce GTX 770" in future if necessary )
DELUX 500w power supply (Will this power supply be okay?)

What is your current upgrade budget? Also I do not know what brand the PSU is. The wattage means little so I need to know more information. I am going to say that is the first thing to upgrade since I have never herd of it.

The PSU you want to be able to handle a 980ti is a EVGA G2 or XFX XTR 750w.

My budget is limited. But I want to know the exact cost.So I could save that expected amount
So please let me know the correct build I need to go for.
My psu is a delux atx 500w psu sadly that's all i know about it. I uploaded a photo of my psu sticker.For now i am going to use my GTX 650 VGA .What about the mother board Gigabyte H97-HD3? Will it good for the i7 build. Also the seller told that they have a Asus – H97M-E as well. Which one should i chose thanks

I would upgrade it. Looking at it you want a quality 750 or 850w PSU the EVGA G2 is a great one so is the XFX XTR. I do not know of stores in your country so I do not know what they have. I don't think i can find any of those psu in my country.This is the shop that i am planing on buying my computer parts

yeah that's correct I am from Sri Lanka. Our currency is Sri Lankan Rupee.My budget is 100,000 Rs

I found a power supply "In Win power supply GreenMe 750w Real 750W " will this be alright ?

I cannot find any information on that PSU. So I cannot tell if it is a good one or not 🙁

I found a review on that power supply and it's not great but not terrible either. It would work for your build. Some cons were that the cables aren't very long and it only has 2 PCI-E power connectors. I wouldn't use this for sli. Here's a review on it. http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/InWin/GreenMe_750/
