Doesn't sound like a bad computer
all my information is based off research I've done myself, but it sounds good. I'd personally go for a slightly fasterr processor, but that can sometimes mean boosting the price a hundred or 2.

the graphics card is so so. I don't know what you're planning to use it for, but you wont be able to run the latest games on it. if you google search the graphics card, select the websight 'notebookcheck,' they have really nice tables showing the preformance and comparisons.

In order to take full advantage of the 4 gigs of memory though you will need Vista 64 bit edition. It should be offered for that laptop, it would be weird if it's not. with Vista 32 bit i believe the computer only uses up to 2 gigs of the ram memory.

But all-in-all it's not bad. You'll probably be able to use if fluently for everything but gaming, unless you're planning on playing low-end games
