Need Help Overclocking CPU

Hi y'all,
I bought the asus x550za-wb11 laptop, fry's says it can be overclocked to above 3.0. I'm want to overclock to 3.0... I've tried to check in Bios but can't see any settings to do that. I've tried to overclock with AMD OverDrive but when I change my target speed they just go right back to 2.5.... Anyone Please Help?

Can you please link the site, btw im pretty sure laptops/notebooks aren't overclockable

what kind of processer and most mobile chipsets are locked

Its an A10 FYI its not overclockable on mobile

I was able to incease turbo speed in a locked a8 by using amd overdrive and turbo core only gave me 300 MHz but still
