Need help picking RAM

Hey all!
I currently have following specs
Mobo: H81M-A
CPU: i5 4690k
GPU: Asus GTX 750ti STRIX OC(going to upgrade to gtx980 soon)

I'm searching for budget ram... I currently have 2x4GB Corsair DDR3.
I have only 2 slots for RAM on my mobo... i want to upgrade to either 2x6GB(12ram) or 2x8(16ram) depending on the quality and price

With that motherboard the best you can get is 2x8GB DDR3 1600MHz but that costs around £100 or $120 or whatever your currency is. Any brand will do though, preferably Corsair, just depends on your budget really.
