so basically this is my build is there anything to change??
i have 2 7750 which i will crossfire and i plan on buying a new card if necessary. i will overclock both gpu and cpu and is this 750w overkill?
i also have a question on ram there was this other g skill ram i think it was same specs and it was blue but it was 60 dollars should i go 2400 or just stick with 1600 ones.( im not sure on ram so please help me out on this spot)
please feel free to fix anything

Nothing there I would hugely disagree with. I tend to recommend the Coolermaster Hyper 212Evo, as the best budget CPU cooler. I wouldn't go beyond 1600 MHz, for RAM, it's just not worth the hassle.
HD7750 GPU's are a bit weak, to normally think of having them, in crossfire, but I suppose if you've already got them ....
The ASRock Extreme4 is the cheapest, fully featured Z77. I have, however, been hearing of overheating issues, with it, under high CPU load. Probably not a huge problem, with Ivybridge CPU, provided you are not planning to overclock, too agressively, but as long as you are aware of that limitation, still decent value.
For hard drive, obviously something like WD Caviar Black would be better, but more expensive.

Considering the 7750 doesn't use much power to begin with - 750W is major overkill. You could use a 500W even with two of them. If you plan to add a more powerful card later on then you would need extra power.

Get the Ares instead of the Ripjaw - otherwise that's an excellent build, I say go for it.
 

and amy i ask whats the dif between ripjaw and ares?

and guys any recommendation for sound cards?
 

so ares is just smaller huh no performance difference and do i need a lan card? didnt built a pc in years
