The day before yesterday i was playing games on my pc, just like any other day. I shut it off and go to sleep. The next day (yesterday) i open my pc and try to open steam and it does not open and this is the same for any other program except for file maps, neither do any programms on the task bar but the windows button does work. And also my sound had a red circle with an X on it and there was no sign of the internet connection sign. Then suddenly everything i clicked on opens and that is like a minute after i clicked it. When i was in the programms everything worked but the starting up of it was so slow that i wanted to fix it, and since i had no sound nor internet that didnt help either. I restarded a the pc a couple of times and changed some of the startup services and restarded. Nothing worked so i figured i would reset my PC, i first tried the reset where you would not lose any files and it said it didn't work and the same thing was for a full on factory reset. Neither did the windows problem solver help for anything since it would have some kind of problem or it would just cut off. I wanted to check for any viruses so i tried to install a anti-virus via a usb but when i scanned it nothing came up or it would just cut off because of a problem. I wanted to look at the Updates and Protection tab in the settings but now, when i click on it the whole tab closes. But then the strangest thing was when i opened task manager and looked at the performance tab, i saw that my processor, hard drive and graphic card had 0% usage. I have no idea what has caused this and how to fix this, so i hope anyone can help me with it.
