need help random fps drop in black ops

I just completed battel field3 with playable fps at 25to50(all settings are at ultra) but i am not able to play black ops getting so much lag and fps drops suddenly from 60 to 3.all drivers aru uptodated and i m using catlyst v12.3.plz some one help me!my pc specification is-
Dual core e5700 3ghz
4gb ddr3 ram
Hd 6570 2gb ddr3
450wt psu
Asus P5G41TM-LX3 mobor

chances are its a bottleneck...
try upping all the settings. run a benchmark (use fraps for this) then turn all the settings apart from screen rez down to minimum and bench mark it again...
if you get little or no change in the fps it means your card is bottlenecking on your cpu.
you can do 2 things if it is a bottleneck, either overclock the cpu 3-3.2ghz should be enough. or upgrade to a quad...
but thats only if it is a bottleneck.

if its not then roll back the drivers to 12.2, you may find its just poor driver support for this game...

thnx for yor rply.but i got my solution when i run black ops svchost eat up 80% of my memory and arround 55%of my cpu.i reinstal my os nd the problm is gone.thnx for yr help.
