There was sadly a problem with that. The motherboard had no price on it (fixed that sadly) & now im $155 over budget

Because of your tight budget and thing cost more down under. I left out a after market cooler.
The stock one works fine, use that for now and buy a better cooler later on.

I have chosen this as best answer but I do have questions. Due to shipping of all different companies won't this cost a lot more? Would I need an aftermarket heatsink?

Yes shipping will add to the cost, but if you want another build, I'll configure another one so it all comes from the same place.
After market cooler is better, but stock cooler works fine too.
