Need Help Reducing Price With PC

Hi,
I am building a PC over the summer and I am over my budget $100. I am using a PC for gaming and school work. I would like to have good graphics. I would like a Intel CPU and NVidia Graphics. The prices should be from Amazon, as that is where I will buy my parts. Please help me reduce the price to around $1300. (A little over budget, like $30 is fine).
