Hey guys,
how are you?

I need help to build a new machine for video editing and live streaming.
It would be paid by the company, so the requirement is to configure the system with CyberPower through costco:

Approximate Purchase Date: this week
Budget Range: $1700
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Video Editing / Live Streaming
Are you buying a monitor: No
Do you need to buy OS: No
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Location: Miami, Florida
Parts Preferences: by brand or type (e.g.: I would like to upgrade to Intel CPU)
Overclocking: Whatever you suggest
SLI or Crossfire: Whatever you suggest
Your Monitor Resolution: 2k would be enough
Additional Comments: Don't care about the noise, the size or the lights, just need to get the most powerful for the budget.
The main software that I'll be using is Adobe Premiere / After Effects and audition.
But also I may use 3D Max or Maya.
Memory: My understanding is that 32GB would be great, but I think that 64GB might be overkilling.
Storage: I was thinking a fast SSD as principal drive, may be 500gb and a 1TB as a secondary drive.

So, this is my current configuration, please feel free to make any necessary changes:

Solution
Yeah, it's pretty solid now. If you ever end up doing heavier/larger projects in 3ds, a better nvidia gpu will serve well, but for now, the 1660S should be ample.

Odds are, that the ram xmp will not be setup when you get the system, so you may have to do it yourself.
The 120mm water cooler is worthless, you need a 240mm.

The faster the ram, the better, swing for 3200Mhz if you can.

The stock psu is likely trash and the psu selection is rather limited for quality units. I'd opt for the rm850, not because of watts but because it's the only reliable unit.

Premiere runs fast on nvidia gpu's, consider the rtx 2060 super that they have on sale, though a gtx1660 Super will work.
The rx570/580 is pretty useless with premiere+3ds.
