Hi,
Usually I'm trying my best to find the issue on my own and searching the whole internet to find out but this time I really have no idea what is going wrong..If that's the GPU which I'm not sure as it's totally new from 2 month ago so.. ;/
Some details about the PC..

MSI X370 XPOWER GAMING TITANIUM
RYZEN 1800X
ASUS MG279 Freesync monitor with the "overclock" to freesync 57-144 range
ASUS RX VEGA 64 STRIX (1 year ago I had the normal sapphire rx vega 64 which died after around half year of use.. and after I got the money back I decided to go for the ASUS VEGA..)
I really hope it's not something with the VEGA as it's really the first time I'm dealing with that kind of issues every few months..From dead GPU to something I have no idea that is happening now..

So the strange behaivor happened I think around 2 weeks ago..When I was going to sleep and turning off the PC I noticed that after it's shutting down (Monitor already off) the power button is still on for around a minute but after that it shut down..
In the recent 2 days before all started this time after a minute of power button led on the GPU fan became loud like it's on 100%! Even that PC is shutdown..So I quickly pulled off the power..
Then it whole started..
When I woke up and turned on the PC I saw thee is no input..Checking what's the motherboard showing it was code "00" (Most of the google on it saying to clear cmos/reset motherboard to fix it)
So I was trying to reset/clear cmos and every possible combination.. after around 10 restarts I finally saw something and system boot up... (When it's 00 code I cant turn off/restart normally..The only way is to turn off the power completely from PSU) on 00 code also all fans are moving (Except GPU which is moving just for a moment and stopping but well maybe it's due to the GPU fans with the function to work only when it's more then 55C..

Anyways,After finally booting up I used the system normally..
And now the really weird problem..I didnt take a picture but next time it would I will..
Was playing the new AC Odessy game for around 15 minutes..Everything went okay till it Froze! But when I say froze is that the screen became half black and in the upper half frozen (From the game) and in the middle you could see a line of dots in different colors..
Now what's really weird is that after turning off the PC from the powersupply (As again long click on power button not doing anything when it happens..)
The monitor was still up like it's still getting input from the GPU! even that system is powered off from the PSU! How it's even possible?
I mean when there is no any signal the monitor should show just no signal and turn off but this time even that PC was off from the power the monitor was still showing the frozen screen ;/
And now again after around 10+ restarts (Power supply off on off on..) with trying to clear cmos and reset in the end it booted again correctly..
Till I again tried to play a game..Played everything went okay for around an hour..I quit the game..Launched a .mkv movie using vlc..Was changing to full screen and after around 1-2 minutes again the problem happened..System froze..Powering off the PSU and the monitor was still showing like it's getting signal from the GPU even that it's powered off ;/
I never encountered anything like that and my current thinking is that the issue is coming from the GPU or the Motherboard or the Monitor..(Maybe due to the freesync overclock?)
When that issue is happening I'm also taking off the GPU PSU Cables but the code is still 00 (No internal graphic cards but still..Same error code)
GPU is just 2 month old..Mothrboard is a year and half old..
Hope someone can help me! I really have no idea from where it coming from,No single idea even on where to look at..
Now system is working fine the question is when it would return.. ;/

Added a youtube video to show the problem when I'm trying to boot and code 00 is coming..
