[SOLVED] Need help to identify a MOBO problem

I suddenly had this error.

As you can see the error seems to be within the CMOS.
The issue is that i cant interact with the computer, pressing F1 or F2 does nothing. Restarting the computer takes me directly to this screen. I cant enter the BIOS to change de Date/Time from start up or from this screen. I've searched a bit and the only option that i seem to have left to try is something about reseting the CMOS through a jumper method, or to remove the CMOS motherboard battery and wait a few minutes. I've looked and can't find more info on this, therefore im asking here before trying this.

TL;DR Pressing F1/F2 Does nothing, Spaming DEL to enter BIOS does nothing, Keyboard lights are on so seems the keyboard isn't the issue, the computer was working fine untill now.
Motherboard is ASUS M5A78L LE

You should try this method first. Since the issue leads to BIOS.
Make sure another USB device except keyboard/mouse is unplugged when booting.
And can you give a detail specs of the systems ?
