Idle temps are 40c 42c

How to undervolt my CPU its reaching 80 peak and hovering on 72 when i play RED DEAD 2

and temperature of my area is 40c

There is usually an overclock and underclock option in the BIOS firmware.

What is the problem you are trying to solve?
Idle temperatures of 40c -42c. are normal.

What do you mean by temperature in your area is 42c(104f)?
If that is your room temperature, it is unlikely that the idle cpu temperature is anywhere near 40c. Usually it will be 10-15c. higher.

Then, a peak of 80c. is no problem.

Instead of fiddling with voltages and unknown side effects, you can try reducing the max performance in windows power options from 100% to perhaps 95%

Those cpu temperatures are fine. Actually, you're looking at this kind of backwards, since:
-cpus typically don't use that much power in games.
-aftermarket gpu designs dump their waste heat in the path of cpu coolers.
-recommend re-evaluating chassis design(airflow) and fan setup.
