My current build is:
APEX Vortex 3620 case
CORSAIR CX600 600W Power Supply
ASRock FM2A75 Pro4 FM2 Motherboard
AMD A10-5800K Trinity 3.8GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) cpu
Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB Video Card
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) Ram
Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM Hard Drive
SAMSUNG DVD Burner SATA Model SH-224BB
Corsair h50 CPU cooler
I am looking to upgrade my Mobo, cpu and case to this:
Cooler Master Elite 431 Plus
Asus M5A97 R2.0
AMD FX-8350
I know with my current build there is a bottleneck with my cpu not being powerful enough for my gpu. I am not looking to overclock or anything and could anyone tell me how my new build would be and if I should get something different keeping all three things in the price range of $350 (Also is my power supply powerful enough for this build?) . I would like to run games such as BF4 on max with no lag could anyone tell me if this is gonna get the job done? Thanks in advance for anyone who could help me choose which parts to buy or if these parts are good enough :D. (Again I'm not looking to overclock so that isn't a option I'm a noob :p)

Is the i5 4430 just as powerful or more powerful as the fx8350 and is it a good cpu for my gpu? Also what motherboard and case could I get to keep in the price range of $350?

AMD will give you more bang for your buck, especially at this budget. One thing you'll wanna watch out for when changing your Motherboard in a custom built PC, is the re-activation of your operating system. If you're on Win7 you might need to completely re-install it with a fresh activation code, or if you call microsoft they might let you swap it over. The OS links itself with the mobo, so swapping mobo makes windows think it's been put into a new computer! I'm not completely sure about how this works, but it's definitely something you'll want to look into first!

Your power supply should be fine, even with some light overclocking on the CPU + GPU I can't see the CX600 struggling. If you were thinking about a crossfire set up in the future though, you'll want a better psu.

The 8350 is a brilliant CPU for the money, and that set up should let you play BF4 fairly comfortably!

What kind of fps would I be seeing? Constant 60 fps possibly? And With this setup it would get rid of the bottleneck and will run games smoothly? :D

You should be at or over 60fps most of the time with that set up, but not at 1080p. I don't know a lot about AMD GPU's (I think yours is similar to the GTX760 performance wise), so I think you'd need a more powerful gpu to run it at 60fps+ in 1080p.
720p you shouldn't see any problems though!
