need help urgently

Basically i built my computer today everythings booting fine, i just installed windows 64 bit and all the usb ports work but it wont notice my usb, so i can install the internet driver i dont know what to do also for some reason it says i only have 4gb ram even tho i have 2 4gb sticks in

Does your BIOS indicate that you have 8GB of RAM? Did you lock in both DIMMs?

Its not saying its installed but both sticks are in and it boots fine, i tested them one by one also and they both work

Ok i got the ram working now its 8GB, But it doesnt recognize my USB for some reason, All my usb ports work cause im using my keyboard and Mouse so does my usb but it doesnt show the usb
