Build Advice Need help with $1200 AMD Ryzen 5 2600 CAD Workstation

Hi all,
I currently have a 8yr old pc which struggles to cope up with my work load.
So I decided its time for an upgrade and have put together my list.
Feel free to modify the parts within the budget range.
Currently I am over budget by about $300 because I have included case,External Storage,etc.
These are optional so feel free to remove those.

My main usage will be cad modelling and analysis using NX CAD and hypermesh with max of 100 parts per assembly.
I have added GTX 1660Ti as preferred graphics card but I also want to add Radeon pro W4100 for CAD.

But I will be using only one monitor can I switch the hdmi cable between the graphics or can I plug in two cables from different cards to the same monitor?

Will this rig be able to cope up with my work load?
I might want to game once in a while. Nothing to hard like ultra setting etc. Must be playable with smoothly.
I have played GTA 4,crysis 2 back in 2012 with medium settings. So thats not an issue.

Hi all, I am from India.
I have a 8 yr old Intel Pentium Dual Core PC which cannot cope with the workload so planning on upgrading.
I have put together a config based on my requirements
Feel free to modify list as you please but stay under budget
An Intel equivalent with the same budget is also appreciated.
I have already overshot the budget by about $300


My requirements
The pc must be able to run both Siemens NX and Altair Hypermesh.
The system must be able to work smoothly with assemblies containing 100+ parts.
I would also like to game occasionally. SIngle Player FPS and adventure games (Skyrim,GTA V,Battlefield 1,etc) at reasonable fps
I currently have a 1024X768 monitor and I am planning to upgrade to a 24 inch monitor.

Now comes my main concern.
I have included GTX 1660 TI but I also need a Radeon Pro W4100. Since I have only one monitor can i connect both cards to the same monitor?
Will it work as required based on the use case or will there be any problems?. I never had a graphics card in my pc till date so I need some advice
in that area.
