Question Need Help with 3pin ARGB header for GPU led and Monitor

Hello Everyone, Need help with 2 issues I'm facing

1. I just made a new computer for my Mother after many years. GPU came in late because of availability and I just noticed that it has an led strip on it and my Motherboard MSI B650
Gaming +Wi-Fi one has used up both of its slot for the 3 front case fans in daisy and the 3 AIO fans. If my motherboard does not have anymore 3 pin ARGB header is there solution for this ?

2. My monitor takes 1-2 minute to load and it wont show the startup or bios screen just takes me to Windows home screen by the time it loads and the CPU and DRAM Led are always on during that period, tried memory test and it didn't find any issue, what can be the problem? checked Mobo vendor list and my ram is model is mentioned using 16x2gb g.skill trident and Ryzen 5 7600x, updated bios too. Everything starts normal after that and my Mom don't mind but id like to fix it incase it can potentially cause any harm

Thanks in advance for helping me its been almost 10 years I made pc and the building time took a lot mainly because of the AIO liquid Cooler first time using those xd

Might want to pass on a link to said GPU before you go ahead and connect anything to/from the GPU.

I listed a PWM fan and ARGB hub so you can manage your wires easier. There are standalone ARGB hubs(sans the PWM portion).
