Need help with a mobo and fan header!

Hi,
I need a motherboard for my build. It must be mATX and have a blue color scheme, and it would be nice if it was over clockable.

Also,
I am building with the bitfenix aegis. It has a four fan controller, and I am wondering if I can attach 7 fans to it. If so, how? Thanks.
