Question need help with beeping/whistling noise

so i installed a new liquid cpu cooler last night and it’s the corsair H100X Elite and everything was running fine last night. this morning i turn on my computer and it boots fine and everything’s working but randomly it keeps making a weird high frequency whistling/beeping noise is the best way i could describe it. i’ve been here for an hour and everything seems to point to either coil whine or faulty gpu but i can’t find a good answer so i just need some more input. i have a video of the noise if that’s any help to anyone.

CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

2| A video with audio of what you're expericning/hearing.
